The Pilot is built for landscaping companies that want to test the platform before committing to a long term plan. You get everything. Nothing is locked, nothing is limited. At the end of 90 days, you decide if you want to continue.

What you get

Your own subdomain. We set up yourcompany.landscapebid.io within 48 hours of payment. This is your dedicated instance. Your team logs in there, your data lives there, and nobody else shares it.
Every feature, from day one. Bid builder, pricebook, PDF proposals, invoicing, online payments, QuickBooks sync, reports, offline mode, notifications. Nothing is locked behind an upgrade wall.
Managed hosting. We handle the servers, backups, updates, and SSL certificates. You just use the platform.
Unlimited users. Add your entire team. Admin, Estimator, and Viewer roles. No per seat fees.
Updates as we ship them. New features and improvements are deployed to your instance automatically during the pilot period.

How it works

    Call us. We walk through your operation, answer your questions, and confirm the Pilot is the right fit. No pressure, no upsell.

    Payment. $3,000 upfront via wire transfer, ACH, or check. Payment is due before provisioning begins.

    We set you up. Within 48 hours, your subdomain is live. We create your admin account, load your company info, and walk you through the basics over a video call.

    You run your business. Build bids, send proposals, track customers, create invoices. Use it like it's yours, because for 90 days, it is.
  5. 5
    At day 90, you decide. Upgrade to Self Hosted ($10,000/yr + $25,000 onboarding) or Lifetime ($74,000). Your data migrates with you. If you choose not to continue, your instance is decommissioned and your data is securely deleted.

Terms

Duration: 90 calendar days from the date your subdomain goes live.

Payment: $3,000 due in full before provisioning. Non refundable once your instance is provisioned.

Data: All data you enter during the pilot belongs to you. If you upgrade, it carries over. If you don't continue, we securely delete everything within 30 days of expiration.

Users: Unlimited. No per seat charges.

Support: Email support during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM ET). Bug reports addressed within 48 hours.

Upgrades: You can upgrade to Self Hosted or Lifetime at any point during the pilot. The $3,000 pilot fee is not credited toward the upgrade.

No auto renewal: The pilot does not automatically convert to a paid plan. You will receive a reminder at day 75 and day 85. If no action is taken, the instance is decommissioned at day 120 (30 day grace period).

What you need on your end

A computer or phone with a browser. That's it. We host everything. You don't need a server, a domain, or any technical setup. Open a browser, go to your subdomain, and start working.

Your pricebook. A list of the services and materials you offer with your costs. You can type them in manually or import a CSV. Even a rough spreadsheet works. We'll help you get it loaded during the onboarding call.

Your customer list. Optional but recommended. Import your existing customers via CSV so you can start sending bids right away instead of adding them one by one.
