This is for the company that doesn't want to rent software. You pay once, you own the license permanently. We brand the entire platform with your identity so it looks and feels like your own product. Bug fixes and security patches are handled by us, at no cost, for the life of the software.

This is a one time payment. There are no annual renewals, maintenance fees, or surprise charges after this.

What makes this different from Self Hosted

The Lifetime license includes everything in the Self Hosted plan, plus:

Permanent license. No annual renewal. The software is yours to run as long as you want it. If we close shop tomorrow, you still have a fully working platform.

Custom branding. Your company logo, your color palette, your business name throughout the entire application. PDFs, login page, navigation, emails. Your team and customers see your brand, not ours.

Bug fixes and security patches, permanently. For as long as the software exists, we fix bugs and patch security issues at no cost. This is not a warranty with an expiration date. It's permanent.

Feature updates for the first 3 years. New features, new reports, new integrations, all deployed to your server at no cost for 36 months. After year 3, you can optionally purchase a feature update package or continue running the current version.

Onboarding ($25,000)

Same comprehensive on site setup as the Self Hosted plan. Includes:

Travel to your location (continental US), server provisioning, domain and SSL configuration, database setup, data migration from Pilot or spreadsheets, team training (admin and estimator tracks), integration setup (email, QuickBooks, Finix payments), and 30 days of priority post launch support.

Additionally for Lifetime, the onboarding includes the custom branding work: we replace all LandscapeBid branding with your company identity before deployment. Logo, colors, PDF templates, login page, and email templates are all customized.

Payment

Full payment: $74,000 due before the on site visit is scheduled. Wire transfer, ACH, or company check.

Payment plan available: 50% ($37,000) due upfront. Remaining 50% due within 90 days of go live. No interest, no fees.

After payment: No more invoices. No annual renewals. No maintenance fees. The only future cost is custom development work if you choose to request it.

Custom development

Lifetime license holders can request custom work at $175/hour with a 25 hour minimum.

This is for features specific to your business that aren't part of the standard platform. Custom reports, unique workflows, third party integrations, mobile companion apps. We scope it, estimate it, and get your sign off before any billable work begins.

What you own

The license: A perpetual, non transferable, non sublicensable right to run one production instance of LandscapeBid on your infrastructure.

Your data: 100% yours. We never access it without your explicit permission. If you ever want a full database export, we provide it within 5 business days at no charge.

The branding: Your custom branded version is yours to run. The custom branding assets (logo placement, color scheme, PDF templates) stay in your deployment.

What you don't own: The source code. The license grants usage rights, not intellectual property ownership. You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

What you need on your end

A server. Same as Self Hosted. Physical server at your office, a cloud VM, or a dedicated hosting provider. Minimum: 4 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB storage. We help you choose and set it up during the onboarding visit.

A domain name. Use a subdomain of your existing domain (bids.yourcompany.com) or register a new one. We handle all DNS and SSL configuration.

Your branding assets. Your company logo (PNG or SVG), your brand colors (hex codes), and any tagline or legal text you want on proposals. We apply these to the entire platform during setup so it looks like your own product.

Your pricebook and customer list. Bring your existing data. Spreadsheets, CSVs, even a messy folder of old quotes. We help you clean it up and import it during the on site visit.
